Digital and Data Transformation Programme

NHS Sussex is using more digital technology and information to help join-up our services in a way that will transform people’s experience of health and care services. Our ambition is for our people and communities to be able to:

• use high-quality digital and data technologies, such as NHS App and My Health and Care Record, that supports them to live healthier lives, and manage their health and wellbeing;
• have one shared care record so that they can communicate and plan with those involved in their care, using real-time health data which is secure; and,
• benefit from health and care professionals securely sharing data to better plan and deliver services across Sussex that meets the needs of our population.
