Who is this for?
This is for women and birthing people who have used the Surrey & Sussex Healthcare Trust Early Pregnancy Unit services in the last 12 months. If you used EPU services over 12 months ago your feedback is still very important to us so please email us at sashmnvp@gmail.com.
Your email will be treated in confidence and your details kept anonymous unless you agree otherwise. You can also make an official complaint via PALS.
Please provide us with as much information as you can - your experience and thoughts are important and make a difference to local care.
Who will see this feedback?
The feedback is being gathered by user representatives on the Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership - we are not employed by the Trust but work in partnership with the Trust to make service improvement.
Your feedback will be used alongside feedback from others to identify themes for improving local services and celebrating and encouraging good practice but no specific action will be taken in relation to your individual care. If you would like to make more detailed comments or raise a specific issue about your care please email sashmnvp@gmail.com. Please also get in touch if you would to speak to us in person or via video call/telephone.
We will only use your data for this purpose, we will never share personal data with other organisations and we will delete all personal data once the annual report for the year we received your feedback has been finalised.
What is the Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership?
SASH Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) brings together the feedback from parents who have recently used EPU/maternity services, local antenatal teachers and doulas, midwives, doctors, commissioners, health visitors and others with an interest in improving and developing local maternity services. Receiving feedback from women and their families is essential to the work of the Maternity Voices Partnership.
