GP Surgery Online Registration
Health Innovation Kent Surrey and Sussex are working with NHS Surrey Heartlands and NHS Sussex to see how helpful a digital tool called Healthtech-1 is for GP practices in Surrey and Sussex.
Healthtech-1 is an online tool. It helps people register for a GP Practice online. Patients can register online through the NHS App or the GP website. Patients will not notice any change.
Healthtech-1 works in the background so GP staff do not have to type in the patient's details. It also helps GP staff collect and manage health information more easily.
People who want to continue to register in-person at a GP Practice can - this will not change.
We want to understand whether the online GP Practice registration tool makes things easier for patients and staff.
Please complete this 7 question survey (with 13 optional questions About You) by 30th April. The survey should take 10 minutes to complete.
