This is a specific funding opportunity for applications to be submitted by 24 February for work to be delivered as soon as meaningfully possible (finial submissions no later than December 2026)

The brief and expression of interest is designed with VCSE feedback at its core: proportionate processes, support for grassroots groups, transparency about expectations, and a clear route from community insight to system action.
