Let's talk about your experiences of health and care in Sussex: October 2024

Health leaders in Sussex are seeking to gauge the public's current confidence and satisfaction levels with health and care services.

Twice a year, NHS Sussex conducts a survey to understand the public's confidence in the plans to improve NHS services and review current experiences of accessing services. People are encouraged to share their thoughts on any of the health and care services that they have used, such as visiting a community diagnostic centre for a test or scan, or having a planned operation at one of our hospitals.

Survey responses support future improvements in delivery of key services including Urgent Care, Primary Care and Pharmacy First. 

Survey responses are analysed and reviewed against previous findings to determine if progress has been made and if people have experienced any improvements as a result of the changes made.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and each response will be reviewed and analysed. To view reports to date and future reports please visit- How insight has led to change
