Ten principles drive our work with people and communities and act as the benchmark for what good looks like to enable effective evaluation, scrutiny and assurance. These are:-

Evaluating our progress

Our Working with People and Communities Evaluation Framework was co-produced by a range of partners, including Healthwatch, VCSE leads, local authority engagement leads, NHS provider colleagues and the NHS Sussex Involvement team.

The Framework provides a robust way to review progress on delivering the strategy. It will be used by our Working with People and Communities Panel to assess formal reports on progress that are provided to the NHS Sussex Board.
